Summary:

Megatron leads Cobra to the Ark. It pops out of the ground, and everyone flies down to Millville (now spelled “Milleville”). As they get settled in, Dr. Mindbender’s stasis vat is shattered and Mindbender’s body is electrified, bringing him back to life.

The Joes have been tipped off to Millville from the DOD that Cobra’s back in the town. They send in a recon team through the seweres, along with the Ninja Force in via the rooftops. Tunnel Rat sees Megatron and radios Hawk. Mainframe is then given the okay to fire up a “warp box” and send a signal to the Autobots.

Meanwhile, in Trans-Carpathia, Desto, Baroness and Zartan fly into the Silent Castle via gliders and take it over.

Notes:

• Fun lines from Mindbender as he’s browsing the tube and trying to catch up on everything he’s missed: “what? A Democrat in the White House? Cheers got canceled?! What happened to Michael Jackson’s face?!”
• Road Pig has dropped his orange shoulder pads and gone back to his original look.
• Chuckles drives the Ninja Force into Milleville by way of a “Yo Joe Cola” truck.
• Millville now contains warehouses for A.R.B. Co. — Cobra Commander’s second company.
• Two Techo-Vipers are shown in the Silent Castle playing chess with Destro’s old custom set.
• The gliders Destro & Co. use look more like the old 1983 gliders, not the 1992 “Combat Gliders”.
• Cobra Commander is proud of Millville, because “there is no crime here. No stress. No rap music”.
• Mutt and Spirit seem to be taking the lead on the Joes’ camp outside of Millville.
• Spirit also communicates with his “brother eagle” again. Stupid line as Mutt says: “Spirit just got word from his pet eagle. Cobra is in town!” Animals that speak English– one of the points of my old cartoon-based “GI Joe Drinking Game”.
• Flint makes a cameo, in his old togs. He’s dropped his Eco-Warrior outfit.
